Lightstone Properties Ltd is a privately owned property company founded in 2003, that aims to combine the best aspects of fund management with the entrepreneurial flair of a property company. In practice this means that we combine a robust research and analysis process with the ability to do more complex deals, to use debt and to trade regularly. Most of our investors work in commercial property and they bring hundreds of years of combined experience which strengthens our expertise.

Lightstone is an investor specialising in the day nursery and automotive sectors. Outside of that we also invest in drive-thru’s and we will consider other sectors on an asset specific basis. In general we look for opportunities where we can add value within 1 to 3 years with a particular focus on lease regears. We avoid over-renting, voids and short leases where there is no opportunity to regear.
